- Four of America’s most popular gospel artists – Marvin Sapp, Kirk Franklin, Donnie McClurkin and Israel Houghton – have joined forces to go on The Kings Tour, which will see them share a stage together for the very first time. The 15-day tour will visit major US cities including Los Angeles, Atlanta, Florida and New York, and is produced by leading company, Live Nation Entertainment. “In the gospel world, this is like Springsteen, McCartney, Prince and Elton hitting the road together,” said Kevin Morrow, Senior Vice President of Touring at Live Nation.
- African gospel award-winner, Shola Victor-Sajowa, will be recording a live worship album on June 9 at KLM Auditorium, Unit 1a, Quebec Way, Surrey Quays, London SE16 7LH. Other artists taking part include Lara Martin, Aaron T Aaron, Royal Destiny, Pastor Dipo Oluyomi and Victor Sajowa. Tickets are £15, or £10 for group bookings of 10 people or more.
