Teenage rapper seeks to share God’s love with youth

Teenage Christian artist, J Vessel, might be studying for his A levels, but he makes sure he also takes time out to share God’s love for young people via music.

His newly-released self-penned single, ‘Amazing Love’, produced by Jake Isaac, has given him another opportunity to touch people’s lives. J Vessel shared, “I just want to let young people know how amazing God is. I hope that this single relays the great love God has for them, and how He wants to be their friend.”

J Vessel released his debut single ‘More of You’ last year, when he was age 16. The song struck a chord with listeners, and it led to invitations to minister at numerous events, including the 50th Anniversary of the NTCG’s National Youth and Christian Education conference.

With a strong desire to pursue a ministry in music, J Vessel has been invited to minister at a number of events in the next few months, including leading summer festivals Big Church Day Out and New Day – and he’s open for more invitations.

The video for ‘Amazing Love’ was directed by Derek Yeboah, who has worked with a number of leading gospel artists, including Guvna B and Victizzle, and was shot at J Vessel’s secondary school in north London.
