Christians in Sport Online Sports Quiz draws participants from 38 different countries
Christians in Sport Big Online Sports Quiz, joined sports teams from all over the world to compete together in the ultimate test of sporting knowledge and to hear a talk on the Christian faith. The second quiz will begin this Friday 1st May.
Consistently, Christians in Sport quizzes have participants from within the UK, however this new online quiz had 350 teams play together online from 38 different countries around the world – including Spain, Fiji, New Zealand and India. Four rounds of sporting trivia were interspersed with a short talk about the hope the Christian faith offers from the General Director of Christians in Sport, Graham Daniels.
Continuing with their call to Pray Stay Play, Christians in Sport are challenging Christian sportspeople during this break in playing sport to stay intentional about sharing the hope they have in Jesus.The quiz enabled sportspeople to STAY in the lives of their team mates and SAY something of the Gospel.
Christians in Sport are committed to reaching the world of sport for Jesus through sharing the Good News of Jesus through sports clubs and teams throughout the world. Over 40,000 sportspeople a year hear the Gospel through their guest events.
