Survey To Explore Levels Of ‘Trust’ Patients Have In NHS Primary Care Services

survey to assess levels of ‘trust’ Black, Asian, and ethnic minority communities have in the primary care services they engage with has been launched by the independent NHS Race and Health Observatory.

The survey will look at how trust impacts the public’s interactions with primary care services, including general practitioners (GPs), community nurses and community pharmacists.

It will explore whether perceptions of trust make a difference when it comes to having the ability to access services, along with experiences of using services and health outcomes. Respondents will also be asked whether sources such as 111 and the NHS websites are generally trusted for health information or whether other non NHS information channels are preferred for health advice.

The survey link here will close at 23:59hrs on 21 February 2022.
