‘Finding Stability in Times of Change’ Available Now

Author Richard Frost releases his new book helping us navigate the storm of inevitable change.

Using the miracle of the calming of the storm as its focus, ‘ Finding Stability in Time of Change’ considers how the storm symbolises periods of change, transition,  and difficulty and how the calming influence of Christ helps us to find stability. The book includes practical and achievable suggestions for readers to consider in their own life.

In the foreword to the book, Andrew Nunn, Dean of Southwark Cathedral writes:

We need strategies and tools for coping with change, coping with instability, and coping with the ‘not knowing’ that fills many of us with anxiety. This book contains lots that can help us on the way. It doesn’t begin to suggest that change will go away, change is part of life, but we can be better prepared for it and ready to face it with the strength that comes through faith. 

Richard started work as an employment advisor from 1979 and specialised in supporting people with mental health conditions to remain at work. Richard was appointed MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours 2018 for services to mental health. He is a lay minister and lives in Devon.

He has published two books ‘ Life with St Benedict’ and ‘A Story to Tell’. His first novel ‘ Looking to  Move On’ was published in October 2022. A contemporary story of loss & love. The title reflects the message of the book which is one of hope over adversity and that moving on, and rebuilding life, is always possible.
