Hello All,
The end of the year is here so must be time for our annual dinner and social!
A table has been booked at
Cote Brassiere
5 Charlotte Street,
London,
W1T 1RE
Date: Friday 15th November 2019
Time: 7pm
If you would like to come along, please reserve your seat by paying non-refundable £5 plus Eventbrite booking fee 80p) deposit. This is how it works:
• Reserve by paying £5.80 and £5 will go towards the cost of your meal
• Turn up on Friday 15th November 2019 @ 7pm
• Order food and drinks, chat, have fun, mingle
• You will be given an individual bill which will include a 12% service charge
• Whatever is left is paid for by you on the day (cash or card payments)
• Say goodbye and travel home.
So for example, if your food, drink and service charge bill for £15, as you have paid £5, the balance you will pay on the night is £10.
Please note the following:
• As this has been booked with the restaurant, we are unable to offer refunds. Unless the event is cancelled by the restaurant or by Bookclub & More
• As we are meeting in a restaurant Cote Brassaire (5 Charlotte Street, London W1T 1RE) please do not consume drinks or food purchased from other outlets at the venue.
• If you need to leave early before the rest of the other members, please pay your food bill before leaving.
