Keep The Faith magazine is a bi-monthly printed magazine. We also run a number of websites: www.keepthefaith.co.uk , www.keepthefaithdirectory.co.uk and www.blackchristiandirectory.com. We work in partnership with our sister company Diverse Media Group Ltd who runs the website www.diversemediagroup.co.uk.
We send out weekly editorial newsletters, electronically, and post on our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ and Tumblr). We also work alongside other companies and individuals to provide subscribers with information on events, news, products, goods and services.
Diverse Media Group Ltd is contracted to sell advertising space on behalf of Keep The Faith Ltd, and has full access to all Keep The Faith Ltd products and services.

Consent – By subscribing to our newsletters you are giving us consent to contact you and store your personal data. By giving your consent, you will continue to receive our newsletters and information about events, news, marketing materials and competitions that we believe may be of benefit to you. You can manage your consent and withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing to our newsletters. The unsubscribe facility is at the bottom of every newsletter that we send out.
Contract – When placing advertising in our print media or on any of our websites, or via our marketing service you are entering into a contract with us. We will need to collect certain information from you to carry out the contract and to send a request for payment. We accept payment via BACS or PayPal and do not store payment information on our systems.

What information do we collect?
When you participate in, access, purchase or sign up to any of our services, activities or online content, such as magazine subscriptions, newsletters, competitions or events, we receive personal data about you. This can consist of information such as; your name, email address, postal address, telephone or mobile number, as well as information collected about your use of our services (such as when you enter our sites and how long you stay on them).
As a business customer, magazine subscriber or subscriber on our directory websites we collect your personal data for account set up, invoicing and administration. If you book advertising with Keep The Faith and or Diverse Media Group, and or register your goods, products or services on any of our directory websites, or register your event on our Events page on our websites, we will collect the following information: your first name, your surname, a telephone number, email address and a full postal address. We will use the information you provide to carry out the advertising service agreed to and to respond to inquiries or requests that you direct to us. Your data will not be added to any marketing lists unless you have consented to this and will only be shared with third parties where we have appointed them to manage specific aspects of your customer care.

Competitions & Prize Draws
We will use the details you have shared to manage your entry to any competition or prize draw. This may include your name, e-mail address and telephone number. We shall use such information to notify you if you are the winner. Your data will be retained for the period of the competition only and will not be added to any marketing lists unless you have consented to this and will only be shared with a third party where they were named at the point of data capture and you explicitly agreed to the sharing of your data or where they are a third party who we have appointed to manage the delivery of your prize.
We will use the information you provide to deliver customer services and to respond to inquiries or requests that you direct to us. How we keep your personal data secure
Keep The Faith’s security policies, rules and technical measures have been implemented to protect your personal data from unauthorised or improper use and from accidental loss.
